CCTV Man Entry Condition Surveys Kent
Our CCTV man entry condition surveys enable an inspection of a drainage or sewer system in Kent. This service is extremely important to assess whether specific pipe routes are suitable for re-using or any future development or project. These CCTV surveys can inspect and identify specific faults, defects or obstructions within the drainage system.
We produce a high quality video (recorded on DVD or USB memory stick) of surveyed pipe routes that is given to clients or sent electronically in MPEG format. A report is also produced in-house and issued to the client, by using the latest Wincan data software, by our specialist CCTV assessors who are fully trained and certified by WTI. Our reports come with recorded information, details on relevant information, including defects and obstructions. This will provide advice and recommendations to our clients about surveyed drainage systems. All our written reports are issued to clients and produced by Subvision Surveys.
We use high pressure water jetting which is used in conjunction with a CCTV survey we recommend that the drainage system is cleansed thoroughly prior to having a CCTV survey. Fully cleaning the system prior will give a more comprehensive and accurate CCTV survey of the drainage system.

Man Entry Condition Surveys
Our team of surveyors are fully trained in pipe and brick sewer classification coding. CCTV crawler systems can only be utilised for certain sized pipes. Water culverts often have large amounts of debris in the invert, making a very uneven surface for a camera, so our solution is to undertake a man entry survey. Our team are also trained for confined space which will speed up the process.
Pre/Post Condition Surveys
The service we offer here at Subvision Surveys consists of two surveys of existing tunnels or sewer systems that may encroach into active construction sites, this could cause vibration which could affect the client’s project. The initial survey is undertaken using our crawler camera unit or by entry method to inspect, examine and record all existing defects prior to the construction work. The post condition surveys are completed at a later date once the piling work has been completed, this is reassessing and inspecting the sewer or tunnel to confirm no damage has happened from the construction work.
