Job Summary:
We are looking for full time Land Surveyors with various levels of experience to join our team based in Rayleigh in Essex. The successful candidates must have experience working on large complex land and utilities surveying projects. You must be willing to occasionally work away from home and/or carry out night work, if required.

The successful candidates will be responsible for a range of duties, including, but not limited to the following:
Responsible for day-to-day management of survey projects and other surveyors on site.
Undertake investigative land and utilities surveys and complete necessary health & safety paperwork (RAMS)  in accordance with company procedures
Troubleshooting and resolving issues onsite, such as equipment, access, raising any safety concerns etc.

It is essential that our successful candidates have the following experience, abilities and qualifications:
At least 2 years Land Surveying experience.
Good knowledge of surveying equipment including Total Stations and GNSS receiver systems, as well as AutoCAD software.
Experience working across a wide variety of environments and on complex surveys.
Good communication skills allowing them to liaise with other site surveyors, office staff, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
A full UK driving licence.

It would be advantageous but not essential, that candidates have some of the following skills:
Knowledge of  Atlas SCC software.
Understanding of BSI PAS 128 survey specifications.
Experience of processing and drafting survey drawings and working within agreed timescales.
Experience of mentoring and/or training other staff.
A qualification in Surveying or a relevant qualification.
