Geotech Surveys

Geotech surveys, also known as geotechnical investigations, are used to gain a better understanding of soil and rocks through surface and subsurface scanning. Foundations are tested and a survey can either include a visual assessment alone or go deeper and produce a computer-aided study of soil in a laboratory.

Subvision Surveys are ground penetrating radar experts and we specialise in this type of survey. By using this non-destructive technique, data can be analysed and our electromagnetic survey specialists can test a wide range of materials such as water, ice, soil and structures. Geotechnical surveys are carried out prior to site construction or consolidation.

We provide a range of services to clients nationwide, including land surveys, utility stats searches, virtual trial holes, manhole inspection and radiodetection.
